From a childhood shaped by uncertainty, anxiety, and the struggles of drug and alcohol addiction and abuse, Lee rebuilt his life into one of purpose and impact. Today, he is a seven-figure entrepreneur and the founder of Fortitude Roofing, RLNTLS Energy, and Elysium Breathwork, businesses that reflect both his drive and his vision.

By overcoming trauma and anxiety, excelling in marriage and parenting, and achieving long-term sobriety, Lee discovered the profound power of Breathwork to restore balance, heal from within, and release the burdens of the past. As a YTT-certified Breathwork facilitator, Level II Reiki practitioner, and Quantum Energetic Healer, she channels energy through equal parts reverence and ridiculousness, reminding people that transformation doesn’t have to be stiff or serious to be sacred.

Her devotion to this work was born through her own path of recovery — from numbing to awakening, from questioning the universe to realizing she was never disconnected from it. Today, she guides others back to that same remembrance: the moment when the body feels like home again, when outdated patterns dissolve, and when the soul whispers, “You already know the way back.”

Turiya is a certified somatic breathwork facilitator dedicated to helping individuals reconnect to their bodies, release stored emotional trauma, and cultivate inner resilience through conscious breath, yoga, and meditation. She creates safe, intentional spaces where deep transformation can unfold.

Turiya is also a certified mindfulness meditation instructor and dharma student who has attended numerous 7-day silent Vipassana meditation retreats over the past 20 years with her beloved teachers, Pujari and Abhilasha Keays, at The Last Resort in Duck Creek, UT.

A registered nurse currently working as a hospice RN with Nathan Adelson Hospice — the only non-profit hospice in Southern Nevada — Turiya brings a deep level of compassion and presence to her healing work.

She began her yoga journey with her first teacher, Sherry Goldstein, and later became a 500-hour Certified Yoga Instructor through the Kaivalya Yoga Method, with additional training in Integrative Yoga Therapy. She is also a Reiki Master.

With over 25 years of teaching experience, Turiya weaves together various healing modalities to offer a rich, deeply satisfying experience that fosters self-love, healing, and freedom. Her offerings — including classes, workshops, corporate events, and private lessons — cultivate strength, balance, and a deep connection to one’s essence.

Her intention is always to create a non-judgmental space where every student can express themselves freely, regardless of level or age. Her compassion, wisdom, and love for life have touched countless lives.

Desiree — a Certified Breathwork Facilitator, Marriage and Family Therapist (MA-MFT), and integrative healer based in Summerlin, Las Vegas. My path has been shaped by a deep belief that the breath is one of the most powerful tools we have for healing, self-discovery, and transformation.

Breathwork is the heart of my practice. It creates a bridge between body, mind, and spirit, allowing us to access layers of emotion and energy that talk alone can’t always reach. Through guided breath journeys, clients often experience emotional release, nervous system regulation, and profound insight — unlocking clarity and calm that ripple out into every area of life.

I bring a wide range of training to this work: I’m a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500), Gestalt Therapy practitioner, Gottman Method-trained couples therapist, and Usui Reiki Master. My background as a Marriage and Family Therapist allows me to hold a safe, therapeutic container, while my years of yoga, somatic, and energetic training help me weave together practices that are body-based, experiential, and deeply restorative.

I specialize in supporting those navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with are cycle-breakers, caretakers, or highly sensitive individuals who feel overwhelmed or disconnected despite their best efforts. Breathwork gives them a way to release what’s held inside, to feel more grounded in the present moment, and to reconnect to their natural vitality.

As a mother of four and a trauma survivor myself, I know firsthand how breathwork can open the door to resilience, strength, and renewal. I don’t just guide the practice — I live it. Every session is an invitation to come home to yourself, to reclaim your breath, and to experience the freedom that comes from letting go.
